Insurance Fees based on the Alberta Physiotherapy Association Recommended Fee for Service Guidelines Physical Therapy is not covered under Alberta Health Care. You may have coverage under Blue Cross or an extended health plan. Tower Physio does not deal with any extended health care plans. In these situations, it is the patient’s responsibility to pay for any physio treatments and then be reimbursed from their health plan provider. 24 Hours Notice Is Required For All Cancellations It is the therapist’s discretion to charge a cancellation penaty of $20.00 up to the full cost of the appointment for insufficient notice.      |
