Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2004 from Acadia University. Prior to completing his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2009, Jonathan had a Sport Rehabilitation accreditation and worked with football and hockey teams as well as individual sport athletes.

Subsequently, Jonathan has completed the Level 2 manual therapy courses of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and is currently completing Level 3. Furthermore, Jonathan has his Acupuncture certificate through the Acupuncture Foundation Canada Institute.

When not treating patients, Jonathan pursues his love for the outdoors, plays both hockey and golf, and enjoys travelling.
