Shirley is a Registered Massage Therapist with NHPC and a Certified Active Release Techniques Provider (Full Body).

Shirley has been helping people obtain maximum wellness through massage therapy and active release techniques for over 15 years. Shirley uses her vast knowledge of human movement to analyse the body and to determine the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction.

Shirley uses her extensive experience to treat acute and chronic pain with great success treating symptoms from running and sports injuries. Additionally, she treats neck and back pain caused by motor vehicle accidents. Her Active Release Techniques training is invaluable in the treatment of shoulder tendinopathies, tears and frozen shoulder, and for chronic elbow tendinitis and epicondylitis.

When Shirley is not at work, she enjoys the outdoors and working out at the gym.
